“DIMENSIONAL THINKING is a higher form of cognitive thinking.
Like 3D thinking to 2D thinking.
“In a competitive world, where the smartest survive, what company wouldn’t want to enhance their employee’s minds and power of thinking?”

RETHINK HOW YOU THINK ABOUT THINKING – Developing Dimensional Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills. (Or how to make every employee a super thinker.)
“In a competitive world, where the smartest survive, what company wouldn’t want to enhance their employee’s minds and power of thinking?”
“In a world that increasingly values innovation and creative problem-solving, the concept of Dimensional Thinking emerges as a transformative force in business, art, and technology. At its core, Dimensional Thinking is a cognitive approach that transcends traditional linear analysis, embracing complexity, depth, and interconnectedness.” [Marnix Langstraat]
Richard Branson, Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, Leonardo di Vinci, Walt Disney, Einstein, Steven Spielberg, Henry Ford, Andy Warhol, Picasso, Thomas Edison, Henry Ford, Michael Faraday – all dimensional thinkers.
A challenging series of 3 unique half-day L&D workshops and talks, that will help all your employees use their minds better, to cultivate their natural thinking and creative talents, see things from different perspectives, and solve problems in new ways.
And to give your employees a sense of improvement and your business a competitive advantage.
Delivered by Dr Chris Arnold, a creative strategist, former board director and Creative Director of Saatchi & Saatchi, and founder of Creative Orchestra. Chris is also a Dr of Business.
We guarantee we will make you rethink how you think about thinking!
Our course helps all your employees, from juniors to C-suite, to think better, solve problems in new ways and be more innovative, creative, entrepreneurial and dynamic. Which also adds to your internal culture.
Why we need to rethink how we think about thinking.
“To survive and grow, the future lies in an organisation’s ability to rethink how they think. To be agile, adaptable and think forward. Technology alone is not enough, it’s just a tool, it’s people we need to invest in.” [McKinsey]
“A survey of CEOs shows that many are frustrated by the lack of cognitive and innovative thinking displayed by staff, especially middle management. The 1984 age of employees just doing and following processes is now being replaced by an age of thinking.”
THE TALK
A dynamic, thought provoking 60 min talk that will challenge how you think, how you see things and will leave your employees inspired. It will cover a number of the areas from the workshop (see below). (Live or online.)
“A turbo charge for the mind!” [CEO, space tech start-up]
THE WORKSHOP
3 half days.
Based on 3 tried and tested modules, developed over more than 10 years, it is delivered by a highly experienced team run by Dr Chris Arnold.
Dr Chris Arnold has addressed over 200 events worldwide, worked with many top 500 brands and passionately encouraging audiences to ‘think differently’.
WHAT WE DELIVER – OUTCOMES
We help people develop their thinking ability in 7 key areas:
• Dimensional Thinking skills (thinking in 3D)
• Seeing things in new ways (Dice Theory)
• Problem-solving in new ways (FLIP)
• Creativity / Ideation / Innovation
• Entrepreneurialism / Intrapreneurialism
• Big picture thinking
• Removing unconscious barriers (Birdcage)
It combines 3 tried and tested workshops:
• BIRDCAGE – removing the barriers that hold us back. Allowing the mind to fly.
• DIMENSIONAL THINKING – helping people think from 2D to 3D, be more imaginative, innovative and entrepreneurial. “It’s like seeing in colour after only seeing in black & white.”
• FLIP – seeing things in new ways, which allows us to deliver new solutions and join the dots in creative ways. (‘FLIP – Unthink Everything You Know’ by Dr Chris Arnold)
“I read a statement by one of the top management consultancies, that ‘85% of problems in companies are never solved, and of the other 15% only half are solved well’.
By empowering your employees to identify problems and see solutions, imagine what a difference that would make?”
We also tap into a number of psychology areas and psychometrics. Chris developed AardVark (with a leading management consultancy) which is a unique tool that uses NLP techniques.
“Chris delivered us a compelling and thought-provoking 2-day workshop to 70 CEOs (who run companies from $10m to a $1billion turnover). His talks and workshops exceeded our expectations, and despite it being a tough audience he had them all in the palm of his hand.” [Sepehr Tvdn, event organiser. Iran]
“We invited Chris to come to Colorado State University and speak to students at our new design-thinking centre and do a FLIP session. Students loved it and found his work thought-provoking and eye-opening – it was highly informative, entertaining and engaging.” [James, Colorado State University]
